1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Poromopot ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Poromopot is a SaaS platform that enables companies to organize, manage, and share AI prompts across departments and team members. The Service includes:

  • Prompt creation, storage, and organization
  • Department and client management
  • Team collaboration features
  • AI model tagging and categorization
  • Search and filtering capabilities

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You may not use another user's account without permission. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscription and Billing

Poromopot is a subscription-based service. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay the subscription fee based on your selected plan and member count
  • Provide valid payment information
  • Authorize automatic recurring monthly charges
  • Pay all applicable taxes

Pricing: Base plan is $5/month for up to 3 members, plus $2/month per additional member. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

5. User Content

You retain all rights to the content you create and upload to Poromopot ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to:

  • Store, process, and display your User Content
  • Make backups of your User Content
  • Provide the Service to you and your team members

You are responsible for your User Content and represent that:

  • You own or have the necessary rights to the content
  • Your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights
  • Your content does not contain malware, viruses, or harmful code

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Use automated tools to access the Service without permission
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are owned by Poromopot and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written permission.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:

  • Breach of these Terms
  • Non-payment of subscription fees
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Request by law enforcement or government agency

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We will provide you with a reasonable opportunity to export your User Content before deletion.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POROMOPOT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the liability.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
